Jessy Mendiola delighted her Instagram followers, particularly her fellow moms, with her new post.

The actress shared some of her beautiful photos captured during her "me" time.

According to her, she recently took a break and pampered herself. She purchased new clothes to replace the old ones that no longer fit her.

She added that she also got facial treatment.

"This mama took a break the other day. Went out shopping for new clothes (‘coz none of my old ones fit anymore and it’s okay, ayoko na ipilit.) also got a facial treatment @cathyvalenciaskinclinic and ate somewhere nice with some of my friends," she penned.

Aside from flaunting her glowing look, Jessy also left a piece of advice for her fellow moms and made them feel that they deserve to take a break at times.

"Hey mama, yes you. It’s okay to take a breather once in a while. I know how hard it gets, but I just want to let you know that you are doing great. Please do not forget to take care of yourself because you are important, too. kahit ano pa yang magpapasaya sayo, deserve mo yan."

Jessy is an actress, product endorser, and model from the Philippines. She was one of the artists launched under Star Magic batch 15 by ABS-CBN. She went on to star in the lead role for the Filipino adaptation of the Mexican telenovela 'Maria Mercedes' which catapulted her into stardom. She is married to actor and television host, Luis Manzano.
