“Natatawa ako sa mga nangyayari ngayon between talents and managers, Salve,” Manay Lolit first expressed.

The veteran showbiz columnist and talent manager went to express how much she feels lucky for not having issues with her talents.
“Ewan ko pero feeling ko napaka lucky ko sa mga alaga ko dahil hindi ako nagkaruon ng issue sa mga ito. To think na wala akong kontrata sa kanila. Lahat kami honor system lang, lahat base on trust.”
Lolit likewise shared her and late talent manager Douglas Quijano’s beliefs about handling talents.
“Basta kasi katwiran namin nuon ni Douglas Quijano pag ayaw na sa iyo, let go. Huwag mong habulin ang gustong umalis. Saka lagi ko kasing basis pag tanggap ng talent iyon dapat may emotional attachment ako, iyon mahal ko bago ko ihandle. At so far, wala naman akong naging problema.”
“Kalungkot kasi na pag matagal na iyon samahan ninyo, at maghiwalay kayo, magkakaruon ng bitterness. Mas maganda na pag ayaw na, pareho ninyong tanggap ang ending ng samahan ninyo ng walang galit sa loob mo. Ang manager/talent relationship parang family din. Magkakahiwalay pero nanduon parin iyon good memories dapat.”
She likewise recalled, “Melancholic nga ako nuon wake ni Douglas Quijano at Bibsy Carballo na nakita ko mga talents nila ang nag aasikaso. Talagang turing pamilya.”
“Kaya sad pag makita mo na nag-aaway ang dating magkakampi. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Sana maisip nila na after a long years of working together, dapat kung maghiwalay man, let it be. Walang siraan, walang bad words. Peace lang,” she continued.
“Maliit lang ang showbiz, at magkikita kita kayo lagi, gusto mo bang lagi kang may iniiwasan, hindi maganda di ba ? Kaya no more word war, stay quiet, mas class pa, mas bongga,” Manay Lolit added.

She said that it would really take quite some time before someone would be able to know the kind of person one is. The veteran columnist noted how one of her talents before, Nanette Medved, really showed her how much she cares for her. Lolit said that Nanette is really so sincere and caring and her status in life is really good.
The veteran columnist, in a separate post, also aired another message to Liza Soberano on her official Instagram page. Just recently, the veteran columnist called the actress "ilusyonada" in her post. According to Lolit, Liza has no reason to air her rants about the showbiz industry. Moreover, Lolit also aired a question for James Reid, Liza's current talent manager.
