Iya Villania took to social media anew to share glimpses of her family’s new home.

The newly-built house of the lovely Arellano family is situated in the Province of Rizal.

KAMI learned that in an Instagram post, Iya shared some photos of the home captured by photographer Raph Hidalgo.

The pictures show the interior of the house’s second floor with a beautiful and neat design planned by Ikoniq Design Studio.

“Just the right accents to make the place pretty,” Iya wrote in the caption.

“Nothing too fancy or too delicate for a house designed for kids, but still definitely something pretty to complement the design.”

She also underscored, “Btw, this is all there is on the 2nd flr of the house. No rooms.”

Iya Villania is one of the most popular showbiz personalities in the Philippines. She is married to Drew Arellano. They tied the knot on January 31, 2014. They now have four children – Primo, Leon, Alana and Astro.

In December of 2021, Iya revealed that the construction of her family’s future home had finally begun. She posted on Instagram photos of her, Drew Arellano, and their kids taken during its groundbreaking ceremony. The photos likewise gave a sneak peek of their property and the stunning view around it. Recently, Drew and Iya's eldest son, Primo, warmed the hearts of netizens on social media. This was after the Kapuso actor-host uploaded a reel on his official Instagram account. In the video, Drew and Primo could be seen giving each other a kiss on the cheek. The video then cuts to an old clip of Drew carrying Primo in his arms when he was still a baby.
