Cristy Fermin, in the latest episode of Cristy Ferminute, discussed the alleged opinion of many Pinoys on the pronouncements of Liza Soberano in her vlog.
According to Nay Cristy, what used to be "panghihinayang" due to the actress having opted to go with James Reid's "Careless," was actually replaced with perceptions of Liza being an 'ingrata' and a hypocrite.
"Maganda ka pa naman, di ba ang sakit-sakit 'non?" said Nay Cristy with regards to how many Filipinos today perceive Liza Soberano.
"Pumangit ka dahil sa nagawa mo, hindi dahil sa makeup mo," Romel Chika chimed in.

"At saka ang dami-daming nagkokomento na 'Ikaw ang humukay ng libingan mo, sayo nagsimula ito,'" said Nay Cristy.
"Dati kaganda-ganda, panghihinayang lamang ang naiisip ng kababayan natin kung bakit ka sumama kay James Reid at sa kanyang Careless achuchuchu," said Nay Cristy.
"Pero ngayon ano, yung panghihinayang napalitan ng kawalan ng utang na loob, pagiging ipokrita mo, pagiging ingrata mo, lumalim nang lumalim. Ikaw ang naghukay niyan..." said the veteran columnist.
Liza Soberano is a Fil-Am actress, singer, endorser, and model. She has starred in various TV series and movies, which include 'Forevermore,' 'Dolce Amore,' and 'Bagani,' among others. She is currently in a relationship with her on-screen partner, Enrique Gil.
Ogie Diaz and Loi Villarama have talked about Liza Soberano again in their vlog. Just recently, Ogie revealed that he tried to persuade Liza to star in the Philippine adaptation of a Korean show. According to Ogie, the Korean series in mind was "It's Okay to Not Be Okay," which stars Seo Yeji and Kim Soohyun. However, the talent manager claimed that Liza ended up not accepting the pitch.
Lolit Solis has recently reprimanded Liza Soberano in one of her online posts. On Instagram, the veteran columnist reacted to Liza's 'This is Me' vlog on YouTube. In her post, Lolit asked, "Hindi ba nila alam na katumbas ng malaking pera na kinikita nila, dapat mag-sacrifice sila ng ilang bagay sa sarili nila?". Aside from this, Lolit lectured Liza and even used the phrase, "false victim feeling" in her post.
