They had a cake made for her, where her face could be seen and the number 20 was likewise visible.

In the video uploaded on TikTok by user @ksgdlz, Sarah made a short sweet speech, where she thanked everyone who has been a part of her journey.

Matteo and Sarah tied the knot on February 20, 2020 in a simple wedding ceremony at Victory Church in Taguig.
