Assunta De Rossi stirred buzz on social media after giving netizens a glimpse into her simple birthday celebration this year.

On her Instagram page, @assuntaledesma, KAMI learned that the celebrity mom uploaded photos she took with her family.

Included in one of her photos was a picture she snapped with her sister, Alessandra De Rossi, and their mother, Nenita Schiavone.

Aside from her sister and mother, Assunta's daughter, Fiore, was also with them, looking adorable and cute as ever.

In the caption of her viral post on Instagram, Assunta wrote, "This is 40" followed by a pink flower emoticon.

Meanwhile, Assunta also uploaded a photo of herself beside her gorgeous birthday cake. "From the kiddies," she wrote in the caption.

Aside from this, Assunta's husband, Jules Ledesma, took her and the kids out for a lovely dinner date.

Assunta De Rossi is a Filipino actress. Her sister Alessandra De Rossi is likewise an actress. They have already won the Best Actress award at the Metro Manila Film Festival. Assunta is the wife of Cong. Jules Ledesma.

As previously reported by KAMI, Assunta de Rossi took to Instagram and expressed how motherhood is indeed an exhausting job. The former actress couldn't help but compare motherhood to her work in showbiz. She said that as a mom, she's awake for 14 to 15 hours during the day. She also said she would wake up every 1 to 3 hours to feed her baby at night.

Meanwhile, her sister, Alessandra de Rossi, posted several photos of Assunta de Rossi and Fiore. Assunta could be seen kissing her daughter in one picture, but the latter looked far away. Other shots she shared showed a very hands-on Assunta taking care of Baby Fiore. Indeed, the photos showed Assunta's devotion to caring for her daughter.
