She then penned a cryptic caption, saying that someone made her laugh again, making netizens speculate if she was alluding to Herbert.

Ruffa eventually responded and said, "Where?" before leaving an "OMG" comment again which made netizens laugh.

Following Harlene's comment, netizens could not help but speculate if Ruffa was at Herbert's place during Valentine's Day.
