Kim recently wrapped up the ABS-CBN show “Dream Maker” wherein the top 7 competitors will get a chance to debut as a pop group in South Korea.

She was also ecstatic over being featured in a South Korean entertainment site called Korea Dispatch.

Amidst the positive news, one netizen decided to criticize Kim’s actor boyfriend, Xian Lim, for not congratulating his girlfriend on social media over her recent achievements.

”Bakit di man lang mag congratulate si Xian Lim kay Kim Chiu. Anong klaseng boyfriend yan?” the netizen argued.

Xian frankly responded to the netizen, saying that it is more meaningful to greet and congratulate someone in private than on social media.

“We don’t really have to share everything on social media. It’s more meaningful that way,” Xian said.

Kim is one of the most well-known and prominent female showbiz personalities in the Philippines. The actress broke through in showbiz by joining Pinoy Big Brother. She is in a relationship with actor Xian Lim.

In another report, Kim’s heartwarming post for her friend Angelica Panganiban and her family has gone viral. In her post, Kim greeted her goddaughter Baby Bean, as well as her parents Angge and Gregg Homan. The actress then noted it’s really special and unique when the Almighty gives a gift, in this case, Baby Bean. She then expressed how happy she is for her friend and fellow actress, Angelica, adding that she’s a good person and that she deserves all the best in the world.
