Heart Evangelista flaunted on social media Sen. Chiz Escudero’s stunning birthday present for her.

She posted snaps showing a portrait sculpture referenced from the molding of her face taken when she was filming ABS-CBN’s “Hiram na Mukha” series.

The beautiful portrait was made by Ferdinand Cacnio, one of Heart's favorite artists.

“17 years ago I filmed my telenovela ‘Hiram na Mukha’ they took a molding of my face at that time. I was 21 years old… through the years I always wondered where the molding was,” she expressed in the caption.

The actress-socialite then narrated, “I briefly mentioned it to my husband 3 years ago and lo and behold… he was able to locate the original cast and had it commissioned by one of my favorite artists @ferdiecacnio.”

The Kapuso star went on to gush over her husband’s stunning gift.

“Amazing. The happiest birthday indeed, thank you @escuderochiz,” she elatedly penned.
