Cristy Fermin sa pahayag umano ni Willie Revillame ukol sa clickbait: “May sarili naman tayong pag-iisip”

Cristy Fermin, during “Cristy Ferminute” episode on Friday, talked about Willie Revillame anew.

Along with Romel Chika, Cristy discussed Willie’s alleged reactions to clickbait.

“Nananawagan na daw si Kuya Wil sa senado na gumawa ng batas para sa mga nagkakalat ng clickbait,” said Romel.

“Sabi niya sa mga kaibigan niya, mula raw ngayon hindi na siya maniniwala sa mga clickbait clickbait na 'yan dahil diyan nga naman siya nalagay sa alanganin,” Cristy also shared.

Cristy went on to air her honest thoughts on Willie’s purported remarks.

“Siyempre kahit ba clickbait 'yan, kahit pa sinulsulan siya ng kung sino mang mga natatakot magutom sa kanyang paligid, aba'y may sarili naman tayong pag-iisip.”

“Sabi nga, ang mga nakikinig sa mga sulsol, ang mga nakikinig sa mga sabi-sabi, walang bait sa sarili, diba? Dapat talaga siya mismo ang mag-ingat,” she continued.

The veteran showbiz columnist further expressed that Willie should be vigilant about clickbait next time.

“Siya mismo ang mag-ingat. Na sa susunod, aalamin muna niya ang mga detalye bago pa man siya magsalita at kumuda nang kumuda.”

Willie is a famous comedian and television host in the Philippines. He worked for many years for both GMA and ABS-CBN. Kuya Wil is known for being one of the wealthiest and most generous celebrities in the country. After receiving offers to run for senator, Willie refused and said that he will not perform well in the Senate due to his lack of political experience.

Yesterday, Cristy reacted to Willie’s statement apologizing to her. In the said statement aired on "Wowowin" last Wednesday, Willie claimed that when he talked with Cristy recently, “Nagmurahan kami.” The veteran showbiz columnist then calmly debunked Willie’s claim. During “Cristy Ferminute” on Thursday, Cristy revealed that it was only her who aired swear words when the two of them talked to each other.

After expressing appreciation for Willie’s apology, Cristy also wished that Willie would also say sorry to Ogie Diaz and Gab Valenciano. It can be recalled that Willie previously aired frank remarks about his two critics whom he helped in the past. The veteran showbiz columnist assumed that the “Wowowin” host was referring to Ogie and Gab.
