Cristy Fermin recently talked about Willie Revillame’s apology to her, which he aired during “Wowowin” on Wednesday.

In the latest episode of “Cristy Ferminute,” the veteran showbiz columnist first recalled Willie previous remarks that hurt her.

“Marami tayong giyerang pinagsaluhan. Ang dami nating giyerang pinagsamahan. Ako talaga, hindi ko akalain na magagawa mo sa akin ang sumbatan ako na ako'y binigyan mo ng isang condo unit at ng isang sasakyan na alam nating dalawa sa sarili natin na pinagtrabahuhan ko sa iyo. Hindi ko ito hiningi, hindi mo basta ito ibinigay nang walang dahilan. Alam mo yan, na ito ay produkto ng ating transaksyon.”

She then went on to air her honest thoughts on Willie’s apology.

“Pero dahil nagpakumbaba ka na kagabi, nag-very un-Willie, hindi ikaw 'yan e. Ang inaasahan ko hindi ka nga hihingi ng pasensya. Hindi ka hihingi ng tawad, hindi ikaw 'yan. Pero kagabi pinatunayan mo sa akin na marunong ka nang tumanggap ng pagkakamali, Maraming maraming salamat sa'yo dahil nabuksan ang puso mo sa katotohanan na ang tama ay tama at ang mali ay mali.”

As per Cristy, her anak-anakan’s apology actually stunned her.

“Hindi ikaw 'yan. Ginulat mo ako. Sinsero ang alam kong panghihingi mo ng tawad at talagang pinasasalamatan ko sa iyo 'yan,” she said addressed to Willie.

Born on July 23, 1956, Cristy Fermin is among the list of veteran writers in the world of showbiz and the entertainment industry in the Philippines.

During “Cristy Ferminute” on Thursday, Cristy said she has a correction on Willie’s recent statement about reporters. Willie previously claimed that he gave some reporters P10,000 in financial assistance every month during the height of the pandemic. The “Wowowin” host also claimed that the said monthly assistance lasted for two years, which Cristy confidently debunked.
