Heart Evangelista, who will soon be celebrating her birthday, held an early and intímate birthday dinner with Chiz Escudero and their friends.

On her Instagram page, @iamhearte, KAMI learned that the Kapuso actress uploaded several photos she took from her birthday dinner.

In the photos posted online, both Heart and Chiz looked extra chic and posh as they both wore formal attires for the party.

Also together with the celebrity couple are their good friends, Dra. Aivee and Z Teo, who both founded The Aivee Clinic.

In the caption of her online post, Heart simply wrote, "Off to a great start! Early birthday dinner with @draivee @drzteo @escuderochiz @anngtirona @aguilarjeck @justinlouisesoriano @xtiancarreon."

Needless to say, netizens were delighted once more to see both Heart and Chiz spending time together with their friends.

Last year, the couple was embroiled in break-up rumors, however, these rumors were quashed after they spent New Year's Day together.

She got some lovely shoes, which her father happily bought for her. Aside from the shoes, the actress also got a truly fashionable dress.
