Pokwang, emosyonal na ibinahagi kung bakit pinagtakpan umano noon si Lee O’Brian

Pokwang could not help but cry while talking about her and Lee O’Brian’s breakup in the latest episode of GMA’s “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.”

During Boy Abunda’s interview with the comedienne, the King of Talk asked about Pokwang’s statement from last year, where she defended Lee from several negative remarks.

"So naghiwalay kayo December of 2021. You did an interview July of 2022. Yung mga deklarasyon mo, mabuti siyang tao, mabuti siyang ama, walang third-party, walang pera involved. Bakit?" the talk show host asked.

To which Pokwang emotionally replied, “Tito Boy, bilang isang ina, umaasa ako na maaayos pa kami. Kahit ang sakit-sakit na sa akin, kailangan kong magsinungaling kasi umaasa ako aayusin pa niya, magkakaayos pa kami.”

“Oo, naghiwalay kami pero marami akong binigay na chance. Marami akong binigay na mga signals sa kanya na, 'Please, ayusin mo naman 'to para kay Malia.'”

Boy then asked, “Pokee, at that point, mahal mo pa siya?”

“Mahal ko. Sa totoo lang mahal ko siya kaya ko nga nagawang magsinungaling e, pagtakpan ko siya dahil umaasa akong magkakabalikan pa kami,” Pokwang replied.

Pokwang is among the most well-loved comediennes in the industry. Her frank and motherly ways are always "patok" among Filipinos. She used to be with ABS-CBN but moved to GMA during the pandemic.
