Ruffa Gutierrez, in her most recent Instagram post, said that she is very serious about slimming down and shedding off some excess pounds.

In a post showing her in what appeared to be an exercise outfit, she showed that she is ready to do just that this 2023.
She also indicated that she would not offer any excuses to shy away from her goal of shedding off some excess weight.
“Be stronger than your excuses,” Ruffa wrote in the caption.

The actress also made a promise that this year, she would really be “super skinny,” then added several emojis to give everyone a hint of how serious she is in slimming down.
“This is the year I’ll be super skinny minny na talaga! ♀️♀️ ♀️️♂️,” the actress wrote further.
Ruffa then told everyone that she’s already getting ready for summer.
“Prepping for the summer. ️️️,” Ruffa wrote.
Several celebrities, which include Karla Estrada, Cristina Gonzalez Romualdez, and Bubbles Paraiso, egged the actress on with her new goal.
“Wow,” said Karla, “Go girl!!!!!!!” chimed in Cristina, while Bubbles wrote “Aim for fit and strong instead of skinny.”
Ruffa is a beauty queen, actress, and model from the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities Eddie Gutierrez and Annabelle Rama. She was the second runner-up in Miss World 1993 pageant. She has two children, Lorin Gabriella and Venezia Loran with her former husband, Yilmaz Bektas.
Recently, Ruffa shared a photo of her with her dear friends and fellow actresses, Sunshine Cruz and Karla Estrada. She posted the photo of the three of them together on her Instagram feed. Furthermore, Ruffa shared that Sunshine and Karla are her "favorite people." Meanwhile, Karla and Sunshine also reacted to Ruffa's touching post about them.
About a week ago, she also took to Instagram and shared a video of her freaking out while sweeping the floor. Something crawled on the floor, which had her jumping up frantically.
