Julia Montes has recently stirred buzz on social media after posting a new photo she took with celebrity manager, Mac Merla.

On her Instagram page, @montesjulia08, KAMI learned that she uploaded a new selfie they both recently took together.

The Kapamilya actress then jokingly introduced Mac as her "jowa" to her fans and followers on Instagram.

"Meet my jowa [heart emoticons] love you @macmerla," Julia wrote in the caption of their adorable selfie where she could be seen leaning towards him.

Last year, in August of 2022, Julia was even spotted supporting Mac's business, The Ètoile Salon, getting her hair done.

It is worth noting that Mac is a Senior Artist Handler at the Filipino record label and talent agency, Cornerstone Entertainment.

Aside from Julia, Mac is also often spotted with Filipina singer, Moira dela Torre, especially in the latter's Instagram posts as well.

Julia Montes is a popular Filipino actress who went on showbiz hiatus to spend quality time with her dad in Germany. She has also been previously linked to Kapamilya star Coco Martin for years.

As previously reported by KAMI, Julia Montes could not help but be in awe of Moira Dela Torre's gorgeous look in a viral video. On Instagram, Cornerstone posted a short video clip of Moira walking inside what seemed to be a compound. However, she stopped in her tracks after hearing Julia suddenly compliment her.

Meanwhile, Julia Montes has stirred buzz on social media after being spotted in an immersion training. As announced by Cornerstone, the actress is set to star in an upcoming action-thriller film. Together with the actress on the said film are Arjo Atayde, Sid Lucero, Paolo Paraiso, and more.
