Pia Wurtzbach took to IG and made a humorous post, kicking off the start of the year with some good laugh.

She posted a photo, which showed her and Jeremy Jauncey's hands, holding some beer.

In the caption, she added a funny twist, which appealed to many netizens.

"Some beer… Some haggis… Some haggisan sa bed… wait what?"

Thereafter, Pia added, "charot lang" and said that she had the most epic start of the year.

In one of the comments, Pia responded to a netizen's question why there's a "hagisan," saying that it was a "hagisan ng unan."

"Hoy!! Pia, bkit may hagisan? Hahah lol zana all hinahagis.," said the netizen.

"Pillow fight hagisan ng unan diba? Kayo naman ," replied Pia.

Pia is a Filipino-German actress, model, and Miss Universe 2015 titleholder. She is one of the four Filipinas to earn the title.

About a month ago, Pia expressed her sadness through a social media post over the reported rejection of the recommendations put forward by some legislative bills like the SOGIE, same-gender marriage, and divorce bills. The former Ms. Universe, in her post, reposted a report citing the explanation of DOJ Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla on the rejection of the recommendations as “not acceptable” being a pre-dominantly Catholic country. The beauty queen then included her thoughts below the post, asking whether the Philippines is going backwards as a nation. She then explained why such bills should be passed into law by the Philippine Congress.

In a separate post, she took to IG Stories and shared how jetlag is not allowing her to sleep. She explicitly stated that it was really keeping her awake. The worse part is that the beauty queen and model have a 4 am call time. Out of exasperation at her inability to sleep, she asked, "Ano, dirediretso na ba to."
