In the latest episode of “Cristy Ferminute,” Cristy could not help but look back at the former couple’s happy days.

“Ito 'yung mahirap e, 'pag post sila nang post nu'ng maliligayang araw nila. Lalo nu'ng lumabas na ang kanilang anak na si Felize. Sobra-sobra ang kaligayahang nakikita natin sa mga posts nila. Tapos ngayon ayan, nagkakagulo ngayon. Nagkahiwalay at may kani-kaniyang mga hanash na sila, diba?”

To which Romel reacted, "Hindi naman maiiwasan, Nanay, diba? 'Pag hiwalay talaga may hanash talaga e.”

Cristy likewise aired why she thinks Mccoy is receiving lots of criticism amidst the issue.

“At saka siyempre, hindi po natin maiiwasan na sa bawat paghihiwalay ng mga magkarelasyon, laging ang simpatya ng ating mga kababayan ay nasa babae, diba?”

Furthermore, the veteran showbiz columnist recalled other celebrity breakups in which men also drew flak.

“Naaalala mo Paolo Contis at saka kay LJ, talagang binulabog ng bashing si Paolo. Si Aljur at saka si Kylie, si Aljur nag-suffer talaga mga paghusga. At halos lahat po ng mga hiwalayan, showbiz o hindi man, mas marami po ang nakikisimpatya sa kababaihan kahit na hindi naman po natin alam kung ano talaga ang nagaganap sa loob ng kanilang tahanan.”
