On her Instagram page, KAMI learned that the celebrity mom expressed her bewilderment over her daughter's funny thoughts.

As heard and seen in the video, Lilla Forest was asking if there was a baby inside Isabel's tummy, stunning the celebrity mom at first.

Upon hearing her daughter's question, Isabel asked Forest if she wanted another baby and what gender she preferred.

"Mommy, is there a baby in your tummy?" Forest asked to which Isabel replied, "May gender reveal ba? Anong baby in my tummy? You want a baby? Brother or sister?"

Forest eventually said "sister" before exclaiming "baby brother" in the viral video, making Isabel laugh harder afterwards.

Meanwhile, in the caption of her post, Isabel made netizens laugh as she even used the hashtag, "#41NaPoAko."

"Po? Ano raw?! Paano?! This happened right after my baby woke up from her nap. She truly had no clue of what she was talking about," she wrote.
