For this year's Halloween celebration, Jennylyn and Dennis decided to dress up as Hershey's Chocolates with baby Dylan.

According to DenJen, they initally visited the hospital for Jen's last prenatal check up. However, much to their surprise, their doctor informed them that Jen's cervix was already open.
