Cristy Fermin took to her radio program, "Cristy Ferminute," to react to the rumors that Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla have already parted ways.

The said rumors surfaced after the celebrity couple's viral video from 2 Good 2 Be True's press conference.

“Alam mo Romel, kapagka ang kwento ay inimbento lang, hindi 'yan nagtatagal e. Ilang oras lang, wala pa ngang isang araw napapabulaanan agad 'yan. Ang tinutukoy po namin, mga Kapatid, siyempre pa ay ang kumalat na isyu na talagang pinagpistahan ay ang hiwalayan nila Daniel Padilla at Kathryn Bernardo dahil nga po sa siguro'y hindi nila masyadong pagiging focus sa nakaraang presscon ng kanilang teleserye,” Cristy aired.

“Meron po ba namang nagkahiwalay ngayon, kinabukasan ay magkasama na sa Palawan, sa Isla Amara, at sila po ay talagang sweet na sweet na uli?” said the veteran showbiz columnist.

Kathryn and Daniel recently went to Palawan to attend the opening event of the actress' new business venture with Piolo Pascual.

Due to Kath and Daniel's new photos together, Cristy then regarded the rumors as "fake news."

“Kaya fake news po 'yon, wala pong katotohan 'yon. Siguro po ay napansin lang marami na malamig sila sa isa't isa. Pero hindi nangangahulugan na hiwalayan na 'yan.”

Karla Estrada has denied the rumors circulating about Kathryn and Daniel. Previously, netizens took to TikTok to comment on Daniel's take about the word "loyalty". In the viral video, Daniel contrasted the word "loyalty" to his adorable dog, Summer. The one and only "Queen Mother" then immediately responded to the fan and said that the rumors are not true.
