Lolit Solis took to social media and honestly expressed the thoughts that crossed her mind amid the current gloomy weather.

In a lengthy Instagram post, the veteran showbiz columnist admitted to being melancholic.

“Siguro Salve dahil gloomy panahon kaya parang melancholic din feeling ko. Naisip ko bigla iyon mga bagay na lagi na lang sinasabi tungkol sa akin. Harbatera, intrigera, gerera, maldita. Nuon pa lang lagi na lang ito ang bintang sa akin, pero hanggang ngayon naman nandito pa rin ako.”

Manay Lolit likewise revealed her basis on how she would treat others.

“Kasi nga ang paniwala ko sa buhay, maging mabait sa mabait sa akin, plastic sa mga plastic, labanan ang mga umaaway. Mahalin ang nagmamahal. Igalang ang binibigyan ka ng respeto. Pero huwag paapi. Siguro naging fair and honest din ako sa mga tao na naging malapit sa akin. So up to now, heto pa rin ako.”

She likewise gave pieces of advice to her fellow entertainment reporters, Salve Asis and Gorgy Rula.

“Basta Salve at Gorgy, iyan lagi ninyo ilalagay sa isip, kung ano ang ipakita sa inyo, iyon din ang ibigay nyo. Love begets love, mahalin nyo lang tao na mahal kayo. Huwag mag aksaya sa mga tao na walang kuwenta, dahil sayang oras nyo. To last longer sa buhay, dedma sa mga walang kuwenta. Basura sila ng mundo. At hindi healthy sa mga tulad natin na mahal ng langit.”
