Angelica Panganiban, in her latest Instagram story, had to ask help from netizens with regard to her daughter's sleeping habits.

On Thursday, October 27, KAMI learned that the first-time mom posted a cute selfie she took with her daughter, Amila Sabine Homan.

In the said photo, baby Amila could be seen sleeping peacefully in Angelica's arms, looking all adorable and cute.

However, in the photo, Angelica penned a short note about her daughter's sleeping schedule and habit lately.

According to Angelica, both she and her partner, Gregg Homan have been suspecting that their little one has switched her "night and day."

"Onto our 3rd nap forda day. Malakas ang kutob namin ni @gregg_homan na baligtad ang night and day ni bean. Mas mahaba at malalim ang tuloy niya ng daytime. At mababaw and dalawang oras lang tulog niya sa gabi. Please send help," she wrote.

The celebrity mom then placed a question-and-answer holder in her Instagram story and wrote, "What to do? What to do?"

Angelica Charlson, more popularly known as Angelica Panganiban, is a Pinay actress with an American lineage. She started acting at the age of 6 and first appeared in the TV series, "Love Note." Angge was born on November 4, 1986, in Payatas, Quezon City, Philippines.
