Ivana Alawi sa pagkawala ng kanyang mga online pages: "It’s really frustrating"

- Ivana Alawi could not help but be frustrated over the sudden disappearance of her official pages

- Aside from her page, Ivana Skin's page was also taken down, much to her confusion

- She then asked her followers if they know anyone from the platform that could help them

- The actress-vlogger then said, "It’s not a bug… No reports, No reason. Why?"

Ivana Alawi could not help but express her sadness and frustration over the loss of her official Facebook pages via a video she recently posted online.

On her Instagram page, @ivanaalawi, KAMI learned that the actress posted a short video clip about her ordeal.

She then revealed that one of her good friends, Zeinab Harake, even had her "verified" status removed on the said platform.

At the beginning of the video, Ivana explained that her page got removed even though there was no violation on their end.

"Hi guys, so tinanggal ng Facebook yung page ko. No violations, no update kung bakit nila tinanggal, and bigla na lang nila ni-remove. Wala silang update samin, so sana maayos niyo. If you guys know anyone from Facebook who can help us, hindi lang ako yung trip nila, meron din akong mga kakilala na tinatanggal nila basta basta yung mga big pages na verified," she said.

Meanwhile, in her lengthy online post, Ivana revealed that it wasn't just her page that got removed, but that of Ivana Skin's as well.

"My 19 Million verified page disappeared with No Warning, No Violation, No Report and No Email. A few hours later, my business page for @ivanaskinph also disappeared. It’s not a bug… No reports, No reason. Why?" she asked.

Adding further to that comment, Ivana wrote, "It’s really frustrating, sad, and disappointing for those of us who really supported and pushed this platform for years."
