According to the veteran showbiz columnist, vlogs claiming that Vhong was already released from detention have surfaced on YouTube.

Such YouTube content also claimed that there were politicians who helped out the “It’s Showtime” host.

Cristy then urged the public, “Mag-ingat po tayo, mga Kapatid, sa ganyang mga vlogs.”

“Ang atin pong piliin na paniwalaan ay 'yung talaga pong mga legal na naglalabas ng kanilang mga pahayag tulad ng kanilang mga kampo, nina Vhong at sina Atty. Ferdie Topacio,” she continued.

“At eto, marami po siyempreng mga politiko na talagang, sabihin na po natin, 'wag nakikisawsaw, nakikiangkas sa mga ganitong issue dahil karagdagan po sa kanilang popularidad o sa kanilang exposure ang ganito,” said the entertainment reporter.

“'Wag po tayong mabagabag, 'wag po tayong maalarma. Sa dakong huli naman po, hindi sila ang huhusga nito e. Ang magdedesisyon pa rin po, ang hukuman,” she stressed.
