This came at the heels of Karen’s interview with Dennis’ estranged daughter, Julia Barretto, who talked about her current relationship with her father.
During that interview, Julia mentioned about needing more love from Dennis and saying she hasn’t forgiven him yet.
Dennis must’ve watched the interview, which was why he made a couple of posts on Instagram asking Karen to also interview him in order to be fair to all.

“@iamkarendavila... Pls be fair to all... You need to interview me...” Dennis wrote.
The comedian then revealed that there are many flaws in Julia’s knowledge of him as a father, which is why the need for Karen to also talk to him.
“Maraming mali sa alam ni julia... Waiting sa reply mo ty,” the comedian further wrote.
Several hours after Dennis’ post, Karen wrote her comment saying that she already texted Dennis.
“Good Morning Dennis! Just saw this…. text you back just now @dennisastig,” Karen wrote.
It wasn’t clear what Karen told Dennis in her text, though it might have something to do with the request of the comedian for an interview.
Dennis Esteban Dominguez Baldivia better known by his screen name Dennis Padilla, is a Filipino comedian, TV host, radio broadcaster and actor. He was born on February 9, 1962 to the late actor-comedian Prudencio Baldivia and Catalina Baldivia. He is the father of popular actress Julia Barretto.
Dennis Padilla took to Instagram and expressed his sentiments over his children. He posted an old photo of his parents, Dencio Padilla and Catalina Dominguez Baldivia. The comedian then said that they would always say that their lineage is beautiful, and went to ask if their grandmother is ugly. Dennis then mentioned that half of the blood of his children came from him and his family.
Dennis, through a social media post, asserted that he has been a provider ever since his daughter, Julia Barretto, was born. The comedian made the assertion after the interview of Karen Davila with Julia where the actress made some statements about her estranged father about “needing more love from him.” In his post, the comedian asked her daughter what was she talking about, adding that Julia is making him look useless. Dennis then reiterated his request to Karen to interview him too so that the story would not be one sided.
