Ruffa Gutierrez took to IG to greet her daughter Venice Bektas who celebrated her 18th birthday.
She was elated that Venice has reached a milestone in her life, and that is reaching the age where she is duly recognized with all the rights and responsibilities of someone of legal age.
In one of her greetings, she said, "Happy 18th to my beautiful baby girl."
