Tom Rodriguez’s current life in the United States was among the topics discussed in Ogie Diaz’s new ‘Showbiz Update’ vlog.

It can be recalled that the Kapuso actor flew to the US following his controversial breakup with Carla Abellana.

In the vlog, Ogie then shared what his and Tom’s “common friend” said about the Kapuso actor’s life while he is out of the country.

“Pero ang sabi pa ng friend ko Loi, si Tom, kasama 'yung family niya doon sa US, and then, rumaraket-raket doon si Tom.”

His source’s claim prompted the talent manager to ask whether Tom has an existing contract with GMA.

“So tinanong ko 'yung friend ko kung meron pa bang kontrata si Tom sa GMA, meron pa raw. So kung may maganda raw project ang GMA para kay Tom ay baka raw umuwi si Tom, kasi meron pa rin siyang existing contract sa GMA."

"At natutuwa daw si Tom sa GMA dahil hindi siya binitiwan ng GMA at hinayaan muna siya na siya ay magpahinga sa US, magmuni-muni," Ogie added.
