Kris Aquino, who is currently in the United States for treatment, recently took to social media to thank those who have been praying for her health.
KAMI learned that in a lengthy Instagram post, Kris expressed, “Maraming salamat po because i know from my Ate & friends back home that many still continue to pray that i get better.”
“Tomorrow morning (our time) rest muna my left arm because tatanggalin my PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) line,” she continued.
The Queen of All Media then honestly revealed that there have been times when she wanted to give up.

“There have been times i wanted to give up-because of fatigue & being forever bedridden; the bruises all over my body that suddenly appear; my inability(since February) to tolerate solid food; headaches; bone deep pain in my spine, knees, joints in my fingers; and my constant flares esp. in my face that just keep getting worse.”
Furthermore, Kris shared that her sons, Josh and Bimby, and those praying for her to recover keep her going.
“BUT i remind myself Kuya & Bimb still need me & mahiya naman ako sa lahat ng mga patuloy na nagdarasal para gumanda ang kalusugan ko if i just give up.”

In her new lengthy post, Kris said she has been diagnosed with four autoimmune diseases. She also revealed she is possibly facing a fifth autoimmune condition and said, “opo, pinakyaw ko na."
Furthermore, Kris shared she would start chemotherapy for her autoimmune conditions. The Queen of All Media also stressed that she does not have cancer as she shared that she would undergo “the safest form of chemotherapy”. The 51-year-old actress likewise opened up that the chemotherapy would make her lose her hair.
