Heart Evangelista took to her IG Stories and posted a clip, which showed the precious moment that a Bulgari rep was putting the diamond and emerald necklace on Heart's neck.

Initially, Heart was just staring ahead. However, a few seconds into the video and she could no longer hold back the tears.

She slowly wiped the tears from her eyes, her emotions pouring.

The actress captioned it with, "It was a moment."
