Rise Artists Studio then shared on their Instagram page a clip from the 21-minute vlog, where Markus gave some advice about healing before entering a new relationship.

“Kailangan mo muna i-address 'yung past trauma mo bago ka maging handa,” Markus said.

“Hindi ka pwedeng pumasok sa isang bagong relationship kapag may trauma ka pa sa isa. Kasi hindi lang ikaw, madadamay 'yung bago mo e. Gets mo, its unfair for her. You need to be ready to love yourself before you love someone else, that's simple.”
