Ogie Diaz recently reacted to the news that Jaclyn Jose expressed her desires to retire from showbiz via an online post she made on her Instagram account.
In the latest episode of 'Showbiz Update' online, KAMI learned that Ogie talked about the backstory behind Jaclyn's desire to retire.
According to the talent manager, Jaclyn is missing her children terribly and feels extremely lonely without them.

"Si Jaclyn Jose diba? Naloka ang sambayanang Pilipino dahil nag-announce si Jaclyn na 'I am retiring,' 'I am retiring from showbiz.' Ayaw na niya," he began.

The talent manager then explained the backstory behind the veteran actress's decision during his discussion with Mama Loi.
"Yun naman pala, merong story behind that. Parang nangungulila siya sa pagmamahal o nangungulila siya sa kalinga ng kanyang mga anak. Dahil ang kanyang anak na lalaki ay nandun sa US, dun nag-aaral. Si Andi Eigenmann naman, ay may sarili ng pamilya. So siya naman, si Jaclyn, ay nag-iisa, nangungulila. Lungkot na lungkot, nami-miss niya yung kanyang mga anak," Ogie said.
"Ngayon, parang kanino pa siya bumabangon? Parang wala na." Ogie even added at one point in the viral video.
Furthermore, Ogie also pointed out, "Kaya naman si Jaclyn, eh parang itinuring na rin niyang extended family ang kanyang mga kasamahan sa industriya."

Ogie Diaz is a comedian and a talent manager who once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano. He is also among the most outspoken celebs as he will not mince words when he comments on something, whether it be in showbiz or politics.

While they were both attending a birthday party, Ogie seized the opportunity to talk to Diego who is now a "first time lolo." This prompted the talent manager to clarify and explain that his 'Tita' Gina simply misses her craft in acting.
