Heart Evangelista, in a video posted on her YouTube channel, recently declared that she just experienced a change of heart with regard to shopping for luxury items.

The actress and fashion icon said this is because she had an epiphany after attending the Haute Couture Fashion Week 2022.

She said she now prefers to shop for luxury items that would really last and appeal to her until she’s old and gray.

“I used to shop a lot but I had a change of heart recently. I would just spend on stuff that would sing to me ‘til I’m old and gray,” Heart said in the video.

“I feel like, you know, I love having luxury items for just because I know it’s going to last a lifetime or over a lifetime whoever gonna get it afterwards,” she added.

The fashion icon said that she’s after sustainability now and would like to steer clear from binge-buying luxury items.

“We all get to a phase in life, and it’s nice to see you doing these, I did not expect this from you any sooner, but yeah, sometimes as simple as touching the grass is pure happiness, and just like you said, it’s going to be a process,” the fashion icon said.

“I’m also all about sustainability lately, so that’s why I just want to buy stuff that I know that I can use for a really long time. And eventually if it doesn’t sing to me anymore somebody else can use them,” she further said.

Heart Evangelista is a famous actress, endorser, and vlogger in the Philippines. Aside from her film and television projects, Heart is also active as a celebrity on social media. She is married to politician Chiz Escudero.

Recently, Heart showcased her skill and talent in painting when she painted the expensive Hermes bag of Jinkee Pacquiao. In a video she shared online, the actress and fashion icon can be seen giving the luxury bag her own enhancement. In her caption, she said that she’s “giving this baby a new look.” The actress and style icon has recently gone viral because of the unique artwork that she did on some luxury items.

Heart Evangelista has greatly amused netizens all over social media because of her pet dog, Panda. On Panda's Instagram page, a video of Heart scolding her beloved pet dog has made tons of netizens laugh. Based on the video, Panda seemed to have eaten the poop of Mina, one of the cats in Heart's household. Throughout the video clip, Heart kept asking Panda why she did such a thing and how it happened.
