Angelica Panganiban revealed in the latest vlog of Camille Prats how she experienced receiving a letter when she was younger, telling her to stop taping, just because she gained a few pounds.

It was a way of telling her to take a break as it might jolt her out of her own thoughts and perceptions about her body.

“Sis, hindi nila ako pinag-taping. May isang taping, hindi nila ako [pinatawag]. Parang ‘Magpahinga muna siya ngayon’ para daw matauhan ako sa katawan ko,” said Angelica.

Until now, she still feels the pain of being shamed.

So when she goes to her checkup and she is told that she gained weight, she feels hurt.

"“Medyo masakit yun growing up. Alam mo may trauma siya hanggang ngayon. Kapag may check-up ako dahil buntis ako, sasabihin ‘Oh nag-ge-gain ka ng weight. Hindi okay.’ Nasasaktan ako, sis,” she said.
