Vanessa Raval has finally addressed the latest issue circulating about her, especially with regards to the rumors that she is not the daughter of Jeric Raval.

In a TikTok video she reposted on her Facebook page, KAMI learned that Vanessa went on to clarify that she is indeed the daughter of the action star.

Previously, Jeric made headlines when Ogie Diaz, in one of his 'Showbiz Update' videos, stated that Vanessa is not the daughter of Jeric, as per the actor.

In her 2-minute video clip, Vanessa labeled the news to be "fake" and quoted her father's words in his interview with Ogie.

"May kumakalat na tsismis na naman na hindi raw ako anak ng tatay ko. So ganito lang po ang sasabihin ko, panoorin niyo po yung interview ng tatay ko kay Ogie Diaz. Kasi may kumakalat na article, mga fake news, okay? Na sinasabi raw ng tatay ko dun na hindi niya ako anak. Hindi po ako itinanggi ng tatay ko, ang sinabi lang po niya is 'let's not talk about her' kasi nga naman, pag nagsalita pa siya about sa akin, lalalim at lalalim lang po yung pag-uusapan nila ni Ogie Diaz na mapupunta na sa issue ko. Syempre, nakakahiya nga naman yung ginawa ko na nanggulo ako sa social media."

According to Vanessa, the rumors circulating about her being the daughter of her father's cousin are not true.

"Fake news po yan. May kumakalat pa na anak daw ako ng pinsan ng tatay ko, hindi po totoo yan. Hindi po totoo yun, wala pong ganun," she said. Continuing further, she added, "Ang nangyari po ngayon, nagka-isyu ako. Talaga namang nagalit yung tatay ko sa ginawa ko pero hindi ako itinakwil ng tatay ko."

Vanessa also took the opportunity to clarify her relationship with AJ Raval, who previously trended over her post about Vanessa.

"Tsaka pahabol lang po. Ilang beses na rin pong nabanggit ng tatay ko na lima po ang anak niya sa mommy ko, and si AJ, hindi ko po siya half-sister, magkapatid po talaga kami at mahal na mahal ko po ang mga kapatid ko."
