Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her YouTube vlog now has over two million subscribers. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

Herlene Nicole “Hipon Girl” Budol said she was touched by a video that compiled the highlights of her inspiring journey. The said video displayed clips of Herlene as a “Wowowin” host until she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas 2022 1st Runner-Up. The first clip showed Herlene hilariously telling Willie Revillame that she would join Binibining Pilipinas, “Magpapatalino lang ako ng onti”. Little did she know that her joke would soon become a reality.
