Alex Gonzaga and her time as a host of Lunch Out Loud was among the list of topics that Cristy Fermin discussed together with Romel Chika and Morly Alinio.

In their latest 'Showbiz Now Na' vlog, KAMI learned that the three discussed Alex's absence from the show recently.

Much to the surprise of their viewers, Cristy claimed that Alex has already resigned from the show and only has one month until she leaves.

According to Cristy, this is not a surprising news at all since this is not the first time that Alex left TV 5 all of a sudden.

In the vlog, Cristy recalled, "Nag-resign si Alex. Kaming mga taga-TV 5 dati, di na kami naninibago diyan. Jusko, si Mommy Pinty pa. Eh hindi ba't nung dumating sa ating istasyon si Tita Wilma Galvante, biglang umalis si Alex kahit meron pang pananagutan sa TV 5, lumipat ng ABS-CBN. Ang sabi niya, ang katwiran niyang ibinigay, kasi raw si Tita Wilma, pag-iinitan daw siya dahil galit kay Toni Gonzaga. Anong kinalaman ng kapatid niya sa kanya?"

Eventually, Cristy discussed the four reasons circulating about Alex's departure from the said noontime show.

"Apat ang binibigay na dahilan. Una, nung pumasok daw siya sa Lunch Out Loud, ang sabi sa kanya ay noontime show ito. At totoo naman, pag pitada ng alas dose, Lunch Out Loud, totoo naman. Eh sa pagba-back to back ngayon, reprogramming na lamang itong Lunch Out Loud ng It's Showtime," she said.

Continuing further, Cristy said that the second and third reason had something to do with It's Showtime being a back-to-back of the show.

"Ito pa, ikalawa, syempre nung pumasok siya sa Lunch Out Loud, dalawang oras. Pero ngayon daw, bilang reprogramming na lang sila, binawasan ang oras nila ng kinse minutos. 145 na lang daw ang oras nila," Cristy claimed. Aside from this, Cristy added, "Pangatlo, syempre ang It's Showtime daw eh ABS-CBN pa rin ang tututok, ang nagpapatakbo. Natural daw, yung Lunch Out Loud, hindi na magiging prayoridad dahil hindi ba Brightlight Productions sila."

Halfway with the discussion, Cristy said that the fourth reason would be the one she believes in when it comes to Alex's decision to depart the show.

"At ang ikaapat, na nakikitaan ko naman ng rason, 50%. Plano na raw nilang mag-asawa, pagkatapos nung miscàrriage niya, na magkaroon ng anak sa taon na ito. So ang sabi raw ng kanyang pedia, ng kanyang doktor, na maghinay-hinay. Kumbaga, magbawas ng trabaho," she revealed.

However, the veteran columnist could not help but express her honest thoughts and opinions about the reasons she heard.

"Ako, yun talaga naglalaro sa isip ko. Magpapakatotoo ako, ayokong itago sa puso at isip ko yung aking iniisip. Ayaw niyang magpakabog, ganun lang yun, yung mabababaw na rason, hindi po yan kinakain. Yang mabababaw na dahilan, hindi kinakagat ng publiko yan," she said.
