This was revealed in the vlog of the Bb. Pilipinas candidate's manager, Wilbert Tolentino, uploaded on YouTube.
The video was titled, "Worth 300K ang national costume ni Herlene Hipon."
It also showed the manner by which national costume designer Patrick Isorena did it.

Pilipinas candidate, it took 45 days to finish her giant costume. She said that the costume is 16-feet high, a giant whom she showcased at the New Frontier Theater. Along with her post, the Bb. Her body suit, on the other hand, has orange and gold crystals that denote her famous moniker, "Hipon."
