Herlene "Hipon Girl" Budol's Higantes Festival inspired 16-feet tall national costume, which took 45 days to finish, actually cost a jaw-dropping P300,000.

This was revealed in the vlog of the Bb. Pilipinas candidate's manager, Wilbert Tolentino, uploaded on YouTube.

The video was titled, "Worth 300K ang national costume ni Herlene Hipon."

It also showed the manner by which national costume designer Patrick Isorena did it.

He needed a ladder to reach the higher areas of the costume.

The video also revealed how intricate the costume of Hipon Girl was.

It was simply handmade, and the result was one stunning costume.

When the costume was done, Herlene did a number of photoshoots.

She even used her giant costume together with other giant paper machés.

Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her YouTube vlog now has over a million subscribers.

Herlene "Hipon Girl" took to Instagram and shared how long it took to finish her national costume. According to the social media personality and Bb. Pilipinas candidate, it took 45 days to finish her giant costume. She said that the costume is 16-feet high, a giant whom she showcased at the New Frontier Theater. Along with her post, the Bb. Pilipinas candidate also encouraged everyone to subscribe to her YouTube channel, as well as that of Wilbert Tolentino's and Madam Inutz's.
