Ruffa Gutierrez recently posted on her Instagram Stories an emotional “hugot” on social media about falling down being part of life.

She said that there would really be times in the life of a person when it becomes a necessity to walk away from the drama and the people who created such.

“There comes a time in life when you walk away from all the drama and people who create it,” Ruffa wrote in her IG Stories.

The actress said that in such case, there’s a need to surround one’s self with happy people and those who are able to treat one right.

“Surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right,” she further wrote.

Ruffa then encouraged her followers to pray for those who don’t treat them right, reminding everyone that life is short.

“Pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy,” the actress said in her IG Stories.

She then indicated that falling down is part of one’s life and that the most important thing is to get back up.
