Cristy Fermin recently aired her thoughts on Philip Salvador, who is allegedly not reaching out to Kris Aquino and their son, Josh, amid the actress' health condition.

In the latest episode of Showbiz Now Na uploaded today, Cristy shared her belief that Kris and Philip's issue during 2019 election season might be the reason why the actor is refusing to contact Kris or his son.

“Talagang hindi siguro mamatamisin ni Kuya Ipe na kumontak sa kanya or kay Josh. Naaalala mo 'yung nakaraan pang eleksyon, 'yung (2019) pa. 'Yung kapag ipinakilala siya ni Sen. Bong Go, 'Ang kabiyak dapat ni Kris Aquino na hindi natuloy,' yung mga ganu'n-gano'n. Pinagbintangan pala si Kuya Ipe na siya ang utak ng lahat ng 'yon.”

"Ang nagbintang, sino?" Morly Alinio then asked.

"Si Kris," Cristy replied.

"Nag-assume agad si Kris?" Romel Chika queried.

To which Cristy answered, “Oo, na, 'Hindi mo naman lang bigyan kami ng proteksyon ng anak mo samantalang ganito, ganyan.’”

Kris allegedly reacted to Cristy’s remarks about Joshua and Bimby’s respective fathers, Philip Salvador and James Yap.

Cristy then reacted to Kris’ supposed text message. Nay Cristy revealed she pitied Kris while she was reading the message. The columnist also revealed she was hurt by the Queen of All Media’s alleged accusation against her.
