Rhemuel Lunio, or DJ Loonyo, has called out singer-songwriter Janine Berdin in a series of online posts on his Instagram account.

On July 13, Wednesday, KAMI learned that DJ Loonyo posted screenshots of his conversation with Janine about her cover photo.

As seen on Janine's Facebook account, the singer apparently changed her cover photo and used a meme about DJ Loonyo.

In their conversation, as posted on Instagram, DJ Loonyo sent a screenshot of Janine's new cover photo and asked if he wronged her before.

"Ma'am, sorry. May natitira pa po ba kayong respeto? May nagawa ba ako sayong mali?" he asked.

Janine soon replied and explained that it was just a meme which she found "super funny" and that she did not mean any harm at all.

"Hala, Kuya. Hello po! It's really just a meme that I found super funny. I found it online. I didn't really mean any harm. Ano po kaya context ng meme? :) I just thought it meant to change the name of the airport to you."

Continuing further, Janine said it was "like poking fun" and clarified once more that she did not mean any harm.

"Like poking fun :D Super random hahaha. Really didn't mean any harm! I don't think people found it degrading to you as well po! :) But if you want I could always take it down, Kuya! :)" Janine finished.

However, Janine's explanation was lambasted by the professional DJ. In his Instagram story, DJ Loonyo said that Janine should be "better than that."

"Nakakatakot yung utak ng mga gantong tao. Pag kayo ginanyan, ISSUE, HEADLINE, AND BASH AGAD. Katuwaan? Tapos bina-bash and pinagti-trip-an yung taong involved? @janineberdin [you're] better than that for sure. God bless your soul. Weird sh*t," DJ Loonyo wrote.

Meanwhile, DJ Loonyo purchased a new house for his mom, who he asked to retire from her work as a midwife. The TikTok star also gave her mother a brand new business – a lechon chicken store. He is grateful to his older brother for managing the new business for their family.
