Her happy tweets came a day after she called out Ella Cruz on the latter's "history is like chismis" statement.

"Happy VIBES!!! magtawanan tayo para sa ikagaganda ng buhay mo ngayong araw ng martes at hindi matires at sa araw araw na bonggang biyaya bwahahhahaahahahaahhaaa hala sige tawa!!! ayan ganyan nga!!! "

In another tweet, Pokwang was just happy that she will be working.

"Goodmorning… work, work work na!!! ahaahahhahahaahaa sobrang tawang tawa!!! Masaya ako e bakit ba? Tse!"

The comedienne's tweet on Ella elicited a lot of reactions from netizens.

Aside from Pokwang, there were other celebs who called out the younger actress as well.

They include Agot Isidro and Gretchen Ho.

Pokwang is among the most well-loved comediennes in the industry. Her frank and motherly ways are always "patok" among Filipinos. She used to be with ABS-CBN but moved to GMA during the pandemic. She is a Kakampink and has been very vocal in supporting former VP Leni Robredo.

Pokwang slammed those who bashed her for the wrong spelling of the word “iodine.” She said writing a word down with some letters missing is better than lacking knowledge and respect for history. The comedienne then wrote the letter E several times to drive home her point. Earlier, Pokwang posted a tweet addressing Ella Cruz and telling her that the actress’ notion of history is wrong.
