Herlene ‘Hipon Girl’ Budol has recently taken to social media to express gratitude to the designer of her national costume, Patrick Isorena.

On her social media pages, Herlene first informed her followers that Binibining Pilipinas 2022’s national costume exhibit will happen on Monday.

She then thanked Patrick and her manager, Wilbert Tolento, for being part of her pageant journey.

“Monday na pala ang National Costume exhibit ng Binibining Pilipinas. Thank u sa Natcos designer ko @patrick_isorena at Siempre kay Sir @sirwil75 sa bonggang supporta ng buong Binibining Pilipinas Journey ko. words cannot express how thankful i am.”

The aspiring beauty queen also gave a sweet message to her fans.

“Sa mga KaSquammy, KaHiponatics at KaBudol ko dyan. i love you all.”

Herlene penned this along with a photo showing Patrick’s sketch of a costume called “Gandang Hipon.”

However, it is not clear whether the sketch shown in Herlene's post illustrates the costume she will wear in the pageant’s national costume exhibit.

Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as Hipon Girl, is a comedian, actress, and a host in now-defunct Kapuso show "Wowowin". Hipon gained popularity when she joined Willie of Fortune. Willie Revillame decided then to make her a regular co-host of the show.

Herlene has successfully made it to the list of Binibining Pilipinas 2022’s official candidates. In an Instagram post, she opened up that she could not help getting emotional after being on the pageant’s Top 40. Herlene likewise thanked her fans and expressed love towards all who have been supporting her. She likewise expressed gratitude to those behind her ongoing pageant journey.

In video she recently posted, Herlene showcased her pasarela called “Squammy Walk”. The actress’ followers then praised Herlene’s beauty and her commendable walk in the video.
