It was because of her remark about history, claiming that it's like "tsismis."

“History is like tsismis. It is filtered and dagdag na rin, so, hindi natin alam what is the real history. Andoon na iyong idea, pero may mga bias talaga. As long as we’re here alive at may kanya-kanyang opinion, I respect everyone’s opinion," she stated.

Gabriela Annjane Umali Cruz, better known as Ella Cruz, is a Filipino actress, host, dancer, and commercial and promotional model. She was born on August 17, 1996, and is best remembered for her role as Aryana in the 2012 fantasy drama series of the same name.

In a previous report by KAMI, Ella shared in some social media posts that her father, Tantan Trinidad Cruz, was eyeing for mayoral position in Angat, Bulacan, On her Facebook page, she posted photos of her and her family wearing pink shirts to support her father’s political bid. The actress also clarified that their usage of pink has nothing to do with Vice President Leni Robredo’s campaign color.

Earlier, Ella wowed a lot of netizens because of her recent photo on Instagram. The said photo gives a glimpse of the 25-year-old actress’ under-construction hut. According to her caption to the photo, the cozy hut is being built in Zambales. Ella’s followers then congratulated and admired her for her investment.
