Jake Ejercito, 32, was recently interviewed on Magandang Buhay together with his A Family Affair co-stars where they played a game of Never Have I Ever.
During the interview, KAMI learned that among the questions they received was about falling in love with someone their family did not approve of.
Netizens were then stunned to see both Jake and Ivana Alawi flash the 'I Have' sign while Gerald Anderson and Jameson Blake flashed the 'I Have Never' sign.

Upon seeing both Jake and Ivana flash the 'I Have' sign, Melai Cantiveros asked the actor if it was hurtful on his end.

According to Jake, while it was a tough situation to be put into, one should always follow their heart and their happiness.
The Kapamilya actor also mentioned that when one follows their happiness, their family would eventually understand it.
"Mahirap siya but at the end of the day, you have to follow your heart, diba? Happiness mo yung importante eh and pag sinunod mo yung happiness mo, maiintindihan ka rin ng family mo."

He was born on March 27, 1990 to actress Laarni Enriquez and actor-turned-politician, former President Joseph “Erap” Ejercito Estrada. He is the father of Ellie Eigenmann, his daughter with Andi Eigenmann.

In their conversation, the father and daughter were talking about someone's upcoming wedding. The celebrity dad asked Ellie if she wants to join him to attend the event. He then received an adorable response from his bright daughter.
