Gerald Anderson was interviewed about his girlfriend Julia Barretto’s family during a virtual press conference for his new ABS-CBN teleserye “A Family Affair”.

According to Gerald, it is important for a person in a relationship to have a strong connection to the family of his or her partner, as reported by ABS-CBN.
He revealed that he has a deep and loving relationship with Julia’s family and loved ones. The actor described them as great people who are filled with wisdom and fun to converse with.
“Importante iyan na mga mahal ng mahal mo, mahal ka rin at mahal mo sila, at okay kayo lahat.

“Sa awa ng Diyos, ganun 'yung set-up.
“They're very great people. Masarap kausap. Punong-puno ng wisdom and masaya kasama,” Gerald said.
In an earlier report, Gerald Anderson was asked by Manila Bulletin if a person should forgive his or her partner who cheated in their relationship.
According to Gerald, it is difficult to forgive a cheating partner because the trust has been broken.
However, a cheating partner who wants to reconcile with the partner he or she cheated on should do everything to earn back the trust.
The interview came out after the nation got shocked due to Jason Hernandez announcing his breakup with his wife, Moira dela Torre, as reported by Rappler.
Gerald Anderson is a Filipino-American actor and endorser. He broke through in showbiz by joining “Pinoy Big Brother.” The star made headlines last year after he got accused of cheating on Bea Alonzo with actress Julia Barretto. Both Gerald and Julia have denied this accusation.

Gerald and Julia also went viral after the actress’s mother, Marjorie Barretto, uploaded a video of the celebrity couple. It turned out that Marjorie was visited in her home by Julia and Gerald. Based on their social media posts, the Barretto family seems to have welcomed Gerald with open arms.
