It was just a short clip but indeed it speaks volumes. It was an affirmation that Gerald is indeed welcome into their family.
It was not clear, however, if the luncheon was because of Leon Barretto's birthday, but for sure, they were all having a great time.

Marjorie Barretto could not help but feel emotional in her latest online post. According to Marjorie, she misses and longs for her sister, Gia Barretto, who is currently in Boston. In her online post, the celebrity mom uploaded a video of herself and Gia crying as they bid each other goodbye. The celebrity mom went on to say that she still needs her sister around to guide her and give her strength.
Claudine Barretto posted a video of Gretchen Barretto, highlighting the latter's beauty and her great moments. The actress defined her sister in the caption as "to the one and only beautiful ate in the world" to which La Greta also reacted with a heart emoji. She posted this several hours after Marjorie Barretto posted a crying video with their Ate Gia. Marjorie was saying that she misses her Ate so much and that she cries hard whenever it is time for Gia to go back to Boston.
