Inka Magnaye, in an interview revealed that, once upon a time in her past, she gave her all to a man whom she thought loved her.

he later found out that the guy cheated on her, which immediately shattered whatever dreams she nurtured with him on it.

In an interview with Kuya Kim Atienza and Camille Prats on “Mars pa More,” the popular voice-over artist detailed the sad events of her past.

“May relationships tayo na ibibigay natin lahat, and binigay ko talaga lahat. As in anything, financial support, emotional support, nagpatayo ako ng bahay, bumili ako ng kotse,” Inka said.

“I quit my job and I moved to a different place. Sobrang established na ako sa Manila in terms of career. Pero gusto niya kasi lumipat by the beach or whatever. I quit my job and then doon ako, lumipat ako,” she added.

She also revealed that it came to a point that she became the breadwinner for both of them.

“Gusto niyang magpatayo ng sarili niyang business. So sige sabi ko ako na lang muna. Everything, everything, everything talaga, lahat binigay ko. Tapos no'n, nanloko siya,” Inka said.

The famous voice-over talent said that at first, the ex-boyfriend she didn’t name wouldn’t admit he cheated though eventually, he wasn’t able to deny anymore.

“At first siyempre hindi niya naman ia-admit 'yon, 'di ba? No hindi, may away 'yan. Pero after a while, hindi na niya ma-deny na meron talaga,” she said.

Inka said that despite everything, she still tried to make their relationship work.

However, when it eventually became clear that it just wouldn’t work out anymore, she allowed her heart to grieve and heal.

She then set out to do things she wasn’t able to do before and later on, she was able to bounce back.

Inka Magnaye became well-known after her video that revealed she was the iconic voice behind the in-flight instructional safety announcement of Philippine Airlines just before every PAL plane takes off went viral. She is also shared other voice-overs she did for other companies and outfits. The voice-artist also revealed several voice-overs that some of her family members did.

Last year, Inka took to Twitter to share that her aunt is the voice behind the MTRCB announcement. She said that she was not exaggerating when she mentioned that she came from a family of voice overs. The iconic MTRCB announcement which states about the SPG guidelines is done by the aunt of Inka. She also posted a clip where her aunt was doing the actual MTRCB voice over.

She also had her share of controversy this year when she reposted the "wanted poster" of Pastor Apollo C. Quiboloy from the website of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on her own socmed account. She shared some screenshots of the “hate comments” she received from alleged supporters of the pastor and Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KJC) founder. Subsequently, she allegedly started receiving “hate comments,” prompting her to take down her posts. The voice-over artist said that even if she already deleted her comments, she kept on receiving “hate comments.”
