Korina Sanchez, 57, could not help but turn emotional as she and her kids—Pepe and Pilar are finally going to bid their Ate Maricel a good bye.
In a video, posted on May 13, Friday, KAMI learned that one of Korina's caregivers is finally set to go home to Negros.
According to the celebrity news anchor, their Ate Maricel will have to go home now to take care of her own son who is now 7 years old.

On Instagram, Korina admitted that they had a "bittersweet despedida" since Ate Maricel is among their "most loved caregivers."
"Another celebration gone on here in Cubao: Bittersweet despedida for one of our most loved caregivers to our two babies Pepe en Pilar since they came back from the US. Ate Maricel needs to go home to Negros to take care of her own son now 7 years old. How she loved and cared for my twins at the expense of her own child for three years."
Korina also shared some photos and video clips taken from the despedida party, with her twins partying with their Ate Maricel.
"So now Pepe en Pilar pay a small tribute and partey for Ate Maricel! Watch how the twins partey for Ate Maricel! Never to be forgotten and waiting on her next visit to us," she wrote.

Korina Sanchez is a famous broadcast journalist and TV show host in the Philippines. She is currently married to former Senator Mar Roxas. They have twin babies named Pepe and Pilar.
As previously reported by KAMI, Korina Sanchez posted on social media a glimpse of how Mar Roxas started his birthday. The former senator has just turned 65 years old on Friday, May 13. In a video posted by Korina, their kids Pepe and Pilar adorably sang the 'Happy Birthday' song for their dad in the morning.
Meanwhile, Korina Sanchez and her children—Pepe and Pilar recently had to go to see the pediatrician. Previously, Pepe bumped his face on the pool which resulted in his face having some bruises. Upon seeing their pedia, Pepe had to undergo a low dose x-ray so they could rule out fracture.
