Sharon Cuneta, commonly known as the 'Megastar' in the local showbiz industry, is a prominent and veteran celebrity in the Philippines. She already expressed her intent to retire from showbiz.
Sharon Cuneta took to Instagram and declared how proud she is of her firstborn, KC Concepcion. KC is now doing an all-Asian Hollywood movie where she plays the main role. The Megastar cheered KC on and encouraged her to "Show the world what she's got." KC, although not in the Philippines, has taken to IG to campaign for her daddy, Sen. Kiko Pangilinan who is running for Vice President.
Five “Darnas” have flown to support the candidacy of VP Leni Robredo for president of the Republic of the Philippines. “Darna” is the name of the Pinoy superheroine who would protect the people against villains. Two of the most popular “Darnas” were actresses Sharon Cuneta and Angel Locsin, who have been very active in helping with the campaign of VP Leni Robredo and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan. Three other “Darnas” have since joined the first two in supporting the Leni-Kiko tandem.
