Nanay Cristy, in the latest episode of Cristy Ferminute, aired her thoughts on the said issue after Sparkle GMA Artist Center addressed it in a statement.

She also warned netizens to be vigilant about fabricated posts.

“Nagbigay na ng opisyal na pahayag ang mga ehekutibo ng GMA 7, lalong lalo na si Mr. M (Johnny Manahan) na tagapamuno ng Sparkle. Mag-iingat po tayo sa pagpindot-pindot. 'Wag ho tayong maniniwala nang basta-basta sa mga nakikita nating video at larawan.”

As per the veteran showbiz reporter, there was absolutely no way that Alden would publicize a photo of him unclothed for he has to guard his image.

“At kung ikaw ay si Alden Richards na alam mo nasa itutok ka ng tatsulok ngayon, panahon mo ngayon, ikaw ang pinakasikat na male personality sa iyong kakontemporaryo, hindi mo gagawin 'yan. Naku, mag-iingat po tayo. Napakarami pong milagrong nagaganap sa makina lamang, sa computer. Mag-iingat po tayo sa pamimili, dahil nakikita naman po nating kung gaano iniingatan ni Alden ang kanyang imahe.”

Alden Richards is a well-known Kapuso artist. He is recognized as Asia's Multimedia Star because of his work as a TV host, music artist, endorser, and award-winning actor. Alden is known for being courteous, generous, and kind-hearted, in addition to his talent and successful showbiz career.

Sparkle GMA Artist Center issued on Monday a statement about a malicious photo of Alden Richards that has been circulating online. As per the statement, the said photo—where Alden appeared to be unclothed—is “fake and digitally altered”. It likewise said it would seek legal action against persons involved in the posting and sharing of the fake photo. The talent agency furthermore urged the public to “think before they click".

Previously, Bea Alonzo shared with her followers that the taping of her new teleserye with Alden Richards has already started On Monday, Bea posted about her first taping day for the Philippine adaptation of K-drama series “Start-Up”. The 34-year-old actress penned that it was her first-ever taping for a series as a Kapuso.
